4. Nature of Products

All Home Extension Guide Products are digital and delivered electronically.
You will receive access to your purchased Product immediately (or within minutes) once payment is confirmed.

There are no physical goods shipped as part of any Product.

5. Payment & Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
Prices for Products vary and are clearly displayed on each individual Product page.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the payment processor displayed at checkout (such as Stripe, PayPal, or others we may use).

We reserve the right to change prices, run promotional offers, or discontinue Products at any time without prior notice.

6. Refunds & Guarantees

6.1 Product-Specific Refund Policies

Refunds, guarantees, or satisfaction policies may differ between Products.
The refund or guarantee terms that apply to your specific purchase are those stated on the Product’s offer or checkout page at the time of purchase.

6.2 100% Clarity Guarantee (Applicable Where Offered)

For Products that include our 100% Clarity Guarantee (as stated on their offer page):
If you complete the steps inside the Product and do not feel clear or confident about what to do next, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

To request a refund:

  • Email us at support@homeextensionguide.co.uk within 7 days of your purchase date,

  • Include your order details and confirmation of completion,

  • We will refund you in full - no questions asked.

This guarantee only applies to Products that explicitly state it on their offer page.

6.3 Ready-To-Build Guarantee (Applicable Where Offered)

To qualify for the Ready-To-Build Guarantee and request a full refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  1. You must complete the full Design to Build Masterclass, including all five steps and their associated worksheets.

  2. You must submit your Feasibility Review for assessment using the Feasibility Review Sheet provided inside the course.
    You must include all documents the sheet asks for (Design Brief, Local Price Check, Pre-Build Cost Planner, and Hire Confidently Checklist).

  3. You must allow the feasibility review to be completed
    You’ll receive personalised feedback confirming whether your project is aligned, affordable, and ready for design work.

  4. If after completing all of the above you do not feel clearer, more confident, or more in control of your extension plan, you may request a full refund.

  5. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

  6. Refunds will not be granted:

    • if worksheets are incomplete,

    • if the Feasibility Review has not been submitted,

    • or if the course materials have not been followed in good faith.

  7. Upon refund, you will lose access to all Masterclass materials, bonuses, and downloads.
    Other Products may have different or no refund policy, which will be clearly indicated before purchase.

7. Licence & Usage Rights

When you purchase a digital Product from Home Extension Guide, you are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Product for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, reproduce, or redistribute any Product or access credentials to others;

  • Use any Product content for commercial purposes or resale;

  • Publish, broadcast, or post any of the Product materials publicly without permission.

All copyright and intellectual property rights in our Products and Site remain the property of Home Extension Guide and its licensors.

We aim to provide uninterrupted access to our digital Products, but we do not guarantee continuous or error-free operation.
We may modify, update, or discontinue Products at any time to improve user experience, reflect new information, or comply with legal requirements.

If you purchased a Product with lifetime access, that means lifetime of the Product, not necessarily the lifetime of the purchaser.

If a Product is retired, we will provide reasonable notice and, where feasible, replacement access to equivalent content.
